About HMS
Herengracht Management Services (HMS) was founded early 2010 by Hans Dijkman (for background information view his bio on the website).
Core business of HMS is the recruitment of middle- and senior management.
Besides recruitment, HMS can also deliver an added value in the
area of interim HR management, management development and
–assessment. In occurring situations, HMS works together with dedicated professional partners.
HMS has a strong view about the recruitment process of managers.
In their opinion, a search process will only be successful if the following conditions are met:
- The position is clearly defined and there is no misunderstanding about the requirements and expectations that the client has regarding the profile of the candidate.
- Assignments are conducted on the basis of active searching.
This means that HMS does not present candidates as a result of an existing database and / or (website) advertisements, but as a result of an active market approach.
Active searching provides an important added value.
Not only for senior management, but especially also for middle management positions in a salary range
between € 75,000, - - € 100,000, - where typically this methodology is not often applied but does however
lead to success!
- Selection is thoroughly done and with great care. Not only in terms of knowledge and experience, but in particular it is also explored as to whether the character and personality of the candidate are in line with the expectations and culture of the client.
